I'm the owner of Sparkies Pet Care, which I've proudly been running in Wantage since the start of 2024.
My love, passion and experience all begun with Sparkie my rescue lurcher. She completely changed my life and inspired my journey in pet care and dog training.
Although Sparkie is no longer with me, her legacy lives on in everything I do. Today I share my life with my two rescue dogs Nessie and Roo as well as Archie who we recently welcomed to the family through rehoming.
Sparkies Pet Care was named in Sparkies honour. It only felt right to dedicate this business to her! <3
about me
Over the years I have spent lots of time training my dogs while also working professionally with dogs for the past 7 years, doing what I love everyday!
For my work in animal care I have cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments working with up to 40 dogs per day and a total of 200+ dogs in my time.
As a reactive/rescue dog owner and working so closely with so many different dogs I have a strong practical understanding of dog behaviour and body language.
I am understanding, patient and mindful.
I make it my biggest priority to reassure you and to follow through with your dogs particular needs and requirements.
